    MHW Iceborne


    I'm trying to get the story mission Iceborne Wyvern done, I have beaten Velkhana 3 times in a group of 3 random folks. The game lets me carve and says quest completed and all 3 times when it starts to load what I imagine is a cutscene the game crashes back
    to the xbox1 home page. I have tried manually saving the game at quest completion however the option to save is blacked out.

    Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? I can't progress in the game untill i get this quest out of the way, and it's really starting to peeve me off!

    Game pass problems :(

    Hi Le epic Kermit,

    MHW Iceborne is an expansion for the MHW game and requires the base game to play it.

    When you purchased Iceborne did you buy the edition that game with the base game? If not you will either have to buy MHW or subscribe to GamePass to enjoy the Iceborne expansion.

    If you haven't already, we recommend that you attempt to
    uninstall the game and re-install it     and see if this helps alleviate the issue.

    If this does not work, we recommend visiting the
    Monster Hunter Forums     for further assistance, as we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the nessecary tools to address any in-game issues.

    Monster Hunter World Iceborne!

    MHW was the first one I've ever played. Took me a while to get into it but I started loving the grind for certain armour sets. Haven't played in ages though and I'm not sure if my friends will jump back on for Iceborne. Might party up with some of you

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue. The charge for pre-orders go through about 7 days
    before the actual game is released. The agent will be able to get everything sorted out for you.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
