MHW. Achievements not received.

I didn’t received 2 achievements for monster hunter world. I reached out to Xbox live who tried to problem solve but no solution except tell me to contact capcom which I did and they sent me back the most generically absurd email telling me to post onto
this forum.

The achievements are early in game achievements (yes. I earned them and have the in game medals that show it) and only worth 15 points each but they mean a lot to me. I’m a long time Xbox customer and have almost 100k achievements so each one counts for
me to hit that goal. All I am looking for is someone to help solve this issue. Maybe update or something.

So if anyone can help with this matter. Please do. Thank you to those who took the time to read this post.

Not only monster hunter world ,xbox just don't give a [Mod Removed] about the player in hong kong

totally agree, where are games like MHW, Pillars of Eternity, Fortnite? If we cant play these games then surely we should be paying less for Live Membership?

Did you see the popup when you unlocked the achievements or the score does not update? However, try following these

instructions.

 

not sure if achievements popped up. But noticed it wasn’t their when browsing my progress. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting provided. Been on multiple forums. And still no resolve. The best solution I’ve been give was “try to get achievements again”.
Which is well said and good but this is a game you just pick up

And that happens. I have invested I’ve 700 hrs in this game and can’t even think of creating another character to correct an issue that isn’t my fault as the customer. Just needs to be a better support system in place for achievements. I’m still looking
for the right solution and would like this resolved. Update? Patch? Something?

I’ve tried all those solutions with no resolve. That’s why I’m posting on the forum to let someone know there needs to be a new solution such as an update or patch. However, thanks for trying to help.
