mho refund

i have read a post about the remoal of marvel heroes omega and gamers are being offered refunds for purchased content. however, i feel disappointed in how it is given, why not offer it to all gamers regardless of dates purchases made. from what i have read,
those made before shown dates miss out. lack of equality. i have spent over £2oo when downloaded in july 2017. only played twice then to find out it been removed a few months later. i was planning to play again but unable to is very upsetting. please reconsider
entitlement to refunds as this may cause lots of complaints. i would be happy with credit to account for use in store. please advice.

Late Marvel Heroes Omega Refund?

I got the message of the MHO refund process on the 3rd of January. Have checked my account every day since the 31st and still no store credit for the purchases I made. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a message on their website which says...

A Common Access Card (CAC) is now required to access the MHO Portal. Please update your browser’s bookmark and navigate to the secure site here:

https://secure.defensetravel.dod.mil/mho

so... delete your old bookmark/favorite for the site. Click on the link above and before your logon with your CAC, add the new website address to your bookmarks/favorites.

If possible include links to problem websites with your questions. This enables the support engineers to investigate the website to determine if your problem is caused by your browser settings or if it is a problem with the website.

To be fair,if you bought the game last July you've had plenty of opportunity to play the game & use the items you purchased & I find it a bit odd that someone would spend £200 on a game or in game items just to not use them.

 

only played for roughly 4hrs other commitments took priority. still consider this as unfair treatment in regards to refunds. imo. all gamers should be treated equally. segmenting can be seen as discrimination. yet again imo. lol
