MGSV Red lines during gameplay and title screen.

I was in a FOB and had to leave my house, once i was about to quit, a player joined black screening me, without thinking I immediately dashboarded and quit the game. After this I have only seen red lines, does anyone know how to fix this? I know it is not
a GPU or HDMI problem. This is the only game it affects.

Have you tried a power cycle by holding in the power button until the console turns off?

Thanks for replying to update us on what you've tried so far to fix the issue you're experiencing. I can let you know that we are aware of this particular issue happening at this time and are working on a fix; however, as we're currently gathering information
to present and further assist the development team, we ask that you
request a call back or chat from Xbox Support to do so.

I would further advise that you also
report this via the Insider's Hub app as well (you don't need to be an Insider to do so) as all information reported there goes to the development team as well.

Is this problem on a PC or a console? Please advise.

Addition- I forgot to mention that the game is digital and I have both deleted my saved games and the game itself with no affect.
