This moderator needs to be fired for closing a thread without helping in any sort of way. If they had actually read through this thread then they would realize that the steps they provided have already been tested and obviously did not work then claims they've
helped all they could. Would like some actual help here please because after trying to fix this all my backwards compatible games are broken

Have you tried contacting the game's developers? It appears from the response that it is an internal game issue and not related to the xbox itself.

Reading this post does not give any indication on the actual problem that you are having.

@ NashAzie - MGSV is region free so u can get from on-line. BTW I saw a few copies of MGSV at Funz Centre AMK Hub some time back. You can check with them on the availability.

I had a similar issue with MGSV and found shutting down the console, pulling the power cable out for 1 min and putting the cable back in resolved the issue.

Hopefully this trick works for you too.

Have you tried installing
MGSV: TPP Update Data Ver 1.10? Give that a shot and let us know if that helps out! If the issue persists, please let us know if you see an error code such as 0x00000000 so we can further narrow down. Thanks!
