Are you trying to download it from Xbox or PC?

Did you try to find it on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ ?

It's showing Complete there?

If it's showing complete and you're trying to download it from Xbox, try removing and then adding your account:

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​

4. Close. ​​​

Power Cycle:

​​​1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​

Add Account:

​​​1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

Then Press the Xbox Button > System > Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games (Note: Just do this if your saves are saved in the cloud, else they'll be lost)

The next step would be to perform a reset on the console:

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note: the "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to the account again.

After that, try to download METAL GEAR SOLID V: The Definitive Experience again.

I fixed the problem it was because I was very unintelligent

I apologize for any confusion, and it's possible that the add-ons section is not available in the Microsoft Store for Killer Instinct Definitive Edition. If that's the case, then the DLC should automatically be installed when you install the Definitive Edition.

Regarding the comment in the review you mentioned, owning an Xbox console is not required to access the DLC for Killer Instinct Definitive Edition on a Windows 11 PC. The game and its DLC should be fully playable on your MSI Raider GE76 laptop.

Yeah, and the Sleeping Dogs definitive edition got all the DLC's not sure about Red Faction Guerilla.

The Game of the Year edition is supposed to be released in October all DLC included for $50. Definitely worth every penny and then some.
