MGS5 Ground Zeroes DLC codes

I've noticed a few people in various places across the web saying their codes aren't working.

Is it safe to assume it's because these codes are actually for MGS5 The Phantom Pain(as it clearly states on the back of the card) and therefore the marketplace data for it doesn't even exist yet?

I did try my code out of curiosity and sure enough I get the same message as everyone else.

Might clear up some of the confusion.

I think you answered your own question. If you've got DLC for a game that isnt available yet then the code you have will not work as the content hasnt been put out on the marketplace yet.

i like the real-time dynamic slicing, that's about it. i'd rather get hyped for ground zeros and mgs5 and pick this one up for 20 a couple years after release
