MGS V freeze my xbox one after main menu

as in the title whenever I'm trying to play mgs v or metal gear online , the console freeze the game and crash to desktop when I hit Continue or MGO, I started to have this problem today , there was nothing wrong with it yesterday and the days before , I
tried to delete my account, deleted it save from the console, and re download them all including uninstalling the whole game and reinstall but there was no use, I switched to a different account it worked fine , can someone tell me what happened to the game?

Mw3 freezing while loading

mw3 will load on my Xbox One s but before it even hits the main menu it freezes and sends me back to the main menu with no error code. What do I do

Have you tried sending a message to the UBISOFT support?

Go to the ghostreconwebsite - google Ubisofts website

register and submit your fault to their support.

i have replies back on a friday afternoon within 20 -30 minutes in most cases.

they have been fantastic with support to be honest with you.

 

ive been having the same issue. works on my account. crappy on my wifes account after a couple hours. starts freezing, button lag, freezes if its on the pause menu too long. restarts fine then starts messing up again after an hour. it screen skips also.
does things that I don't do.

 

this is my wifes account right now and I'm having NO trouble with any other games. only MGS 5 PP
