MGS Ground Zeroes achievements not unlocking

I enjoy this game a lot and have played it through a couple times but I seem to be having trouble getting the achievements and challenges to unlock now. I found all the XOF patches and didn't get the achievement but I still unlocked the last mission. I then
went and played that mission and also didn't get the achievement for doing all the side missions. I then S ranked the main mission and didn't get that achievement either. I tried making a new save and doing it all over again but that didn't fix it. Any ideas
how to fix this? Thanks

@Ghostz MGS is not out this year. The PC version you are referring to is Ground Zeroes.

 

I have the same issue i have started the main mission and have completed the first objective and should have unlocked the Reunited achievement and it didnt happen

 

If you check the link below folks you'll see others reporting the same issues with a few "possible" solutions.

Also if you read the start of this post ( see link below ) deleting then reinstalling the game has got the achievements to work for others.

Got dam it i dont want to reinstall the game i have limited download cap

 

It unlocked for me after completeing the whole level not sure why but at least it did it eventually

 

I haven't had any issues unlocking any of the achievements, but my buddy Sword Style did. He completed one of the missions with an S rank, but it never gave him the achievement. I don't know what he did to fix it, buy he eventually unlocked it.

 

I ended up having to reboot my console. I tried 3 different times and nothing unlocked. Rebooted and they unlocked the first try.

 

OK ive noticed something on this its seems related to the conenction t he to the konami servers

I did a side mission and got S rank but it didnt unlock but i noticed a got a message at the end of the mission say cannot connect to server or something like that

So i quit the game and relaunched then did the mission again and it unlocked

I have resumed the game previously so im guessing this may have led to the loss of connection to konami servers, so i think whenever resuming the game make sure it is connected ot the konami servers before it unlocks an achievement

 

Are there achievements for demos now?

 

Yeah After seeing that the game can be completed in as little as 6 minutes, then I am glad I did not waste money on it and am just going to play this through Gamefly.

 

I can't believe some finished it so quick.

I've not completed one play through yet. I keep restarting checkpoints to see if I can find a better route etc.

Absolutely loving this game and can't wait for the Phantom Pain.

 

@Lofty From what I hear, the game is very short and could be completed in the time it takes to make your dinner. You have obviously paid good money and are seizing the opportunity to get your money's worth. Others perhaps aren't so keen to do that. Kudos
to you in all fairness.
