Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue of your console not loading. We recommend to do a

soft factory reset, if unable to do this then an
offline update. To try the soft factory reset, follow the offline update troubleshooter until you get to step 4 and try that. If you are able to get the troubleshoot menu up, then you will select reset console, and select reset and keep my games and apps.
If unable to pull up the troubleshoot menu then continue with the offline update.

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
   Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an
   EJECT button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the
   BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button
   .
   
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

I understand that you are having an issues with your xbox please follow these steps to see if it corrects the issue.

Press and hold the Power button on the console for about 10 seconds. Wait for the system to reboot. If there are no other severe problems, Xbox One will start appropriately
without the green loading screen issue.

nao aparece uma mensagem e erro o jogo carrega e trava e usou um pc e tentando usa minha ram

Voces nao leram a parte que escrevi? O CONTROLE FUNCIONA EM OUTROS CONSOLES, NO CELULAR E NO COMPUTADOR.

nao esta funcionando no meu Xbox.
