Boa tarde, tenho um Xbox One de primeira geração e sou um membro insider. Sexta-feira, recebi uma atualização de sistema, e após atualizar, quando o Xbox reinicia, ele não ligou (faz o som de inicialização muito baixo e não acende a luz), tentei resolver
de algumas formas (como tirar da tomada, etc.) e não resolveu. Hoje, segunda, após limpar as partes externas do console, consegui ligar, e pediu novamente para eu fazer a atualização, a fiz offline desta vez e aconteceu o mesmo problema. Liguei no suporte
onde foi pedido para tentar a reinicialização de fábrica, porém sem sucesso. O representante então me disse para vir nos fóruns buscar alguma solução. Espero conseguir uma resposta com esse post. Agradeço desde já.
