Eu estava no aplicativo da Twitch, quando de repente o Xbox one não respondia meus comandos corretamente, então eu desliguei ele. Depois eu tentei ligar mas ele desligava de novo segundos depois. Eu já tentei reiniciar para as configurações de fábrica usando
um dispositivo USB, mas não tive sucesso. Eu já tentei de tudo mas eu não consigo ligar ele de novo.

I was on the Twitch app, when suddenly the Xbox one doesn't answer my commands, so i turned it off. After I tried to turn it on and it turned off seconds later. I tried to reset the xbox one to factory defalt settings with a USB device, but without sucess.
I already tried everything but I don't can turn it on again.

link posted by XBF Leo G, then your console/power supply must be replaced.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Are you using a Xbox One or Xbox 360? Does the console turn off immediately or does the Xbox logo appear on the screen first?

Ok. Desculpe.

Tenho um Xbox one modelo FAT. Ele estava funcionando normalmente. Porem, na ultima quinta feira ele deixou de ligar. Ao apertar o botão ele ascende e após alguns segundos desliga.

Tentei ligar usando uma fonte diferente e o problema persiste.

Testei a minha própria fonte em outro console e ela funciona normalmente.

Quando aperto o botão de Ejetar o disco, o console liga mas desliga em segundos.

Tentei segurar por mais de 10 segundos para reiniciar a fonte mas não funcionou. Também desconectei todos os cabos e liguei novamente mas não funcionou.

Podem me ajudar??
