Just needing a bit of clarification.

Is this for an Xbox one or a Xbox 360?

When attempting other power supply units/cables does it not turn on at all?

(Does it turn on, but is stuck on a black screen or does it make noises when pressing the power button?)

Make sure the console is plugged directly to a wall outlet, and if it doesn't work try a different outlet.

E um Xbox one, ele nao liga mais ja tentei de tudo comprei fonte nova mais ele nao liga eu acho que a fonte deve ter queimado meu console ja tentei em varias tomada de ferente mais o console nao liga.

Try to hold down the BIND button and the POWER button on the Xbox one. Hold both of these buttons and see if a TROUBLESHOOT screen appears on the TV.

Should a troubleshoot screen appear, please try to reset the console.

> Reset console> reset console: Keep games and apps<

If the console is a Xbox One with a power brick, please check out the following link:

Xbox One Power Supply Solution

If the console is an Xbox One S or X, please check out the following link instead:

Your Xbox One X, Xbox One S, or original Xbox One console won't turn on

Perhaps it would be better to try another power cable or power brick as well. Try checking if it is possible to borrow one from a family member or friend first. If it works with the new power supply unit, then that means the power brick needs to be replaced.
