Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on working with this problem. I can see how having to go through the extra steps to play the game from off the store could become tedious, but rest assured, we are here to help. I suggest going
to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped with the problem at all.
