Looks like Metro 2033 and Last Light will be getting a next gen port. Both games will be available as digital downloads for $24.99 or $49.99 for both. Both will come with all the DLC included.

You would get Metro Exodus and Metro Redux 2033. The DLC for Metro 2033 is included in the Redux version on the Xbox One.

I never got round to playing these games, so I might just pick these up.

 

I never played them either. I heard good things about them so I'll probably give them a shot.

I'll wait for a price drop. I'm interested and want to play these, but I was hoping it'd be cheaper.

 

I played Metro last light and thought it was too dark I couldn't see what I was looking for the flashlight and lighter didn't give off enough light.

 

I thought the first one was brilliant. Second one was good but not a patch on the first in my opinion.

Worth picking up if you've never played them before.

That being said, I love how all of these next-gen ports are really showcasing the improvements with their lighting, shadows, reflections, and particle effects (all of which can be seen in the above trailer).

 

Never got to play these last gen. So I would pick them up.

 

I liked Metro 2033, but I purposely skipped Last Light because they took "ranger mode" out unless you pre-ordered. All that mode was, was a really hard mode.

 

These are great games. Last Light made a lot of improvements on the first game. For that price, if you haven't played them, it's a great deal.

 

I personally loved these games, Metro 2033 was one of the better games I have ever played, very atmospheric. Brilliant, it will be a must buy for me!
