Metro Last Light Redux Achievement Glitched

I have a problem with the "Published" achievement for finding all of the hidden diary entries.

After finishing it for the second time to find the diary entries that I missed, the achievement progress was on about 32% right before I picked up the very last one. After that, it changed to about 37% and, of course, the achievement never popped. On checking
the list, the game says I have not missed any and now I can't go back and grab any more because once you pick them up, they stay picked up in subsequent playthroughs.

My theory is this: I missed about 14 or so of them in my first playthrough, which would equate to missing about 37% of them. Now, when I went through again, the game itself tracked them correctly and the ones I had already found were removed from the game and
come up as already found in the diary tracker. But I believe that the achievement itself started counting from zero again and only tracked the ones I found in the second playthrough, completely ignoring the ones I found the first time around, which leaves
me at around 37% even though I have actually found them all.

I've tried the whole quit and close the game, and hen start it again. I've also tried two full power cycles of the consoles to clear the cache.

I'm really at a loss with this one because it's not like the usual achievement stuck at 100% and not popping right away. As far as the achievement app is concerned, I've only found about 14 diary entries, not all 43.

If there's an easy way to delete the saved game and start again, that might do it as I still need to play it in full again anyway to get the "good" ending. It will suck to have to find all 43 again, but unless anybody has any better ideas, I'm not gonna have
much choice.

Issue in Achievements

Whenever i go into Achievements the first game listed is Metro Last Light Redux even though i haven't played it for weeks. I have played lots of other games and won achievements in them but they always appear after Metro Last Light.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling Metro Last Light but it always appears first in my list of games!
