Metro Last Light crash during intro video

Discus and support Metro Last Light crash during intro video in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I can't play Metro Last Light because it crashes after the intro video (similar to Metro 2033).     Metro Last Light crash during intro video


    I can't play Metro Last Light because it crashes after the intro video (similar to Metro 2033).

    I don't know what to do. I tried everithing, but nothing works.

    I think (but it's only a my though) it's due to the intro.ogv file, and some guides suggest to delete that file and replace with a new file name intro.ogv, but i can do nothing with the 80% of the files in the Metro Last Light folder, because the owner
    it's not me, and i don't know who is the owner of these files, despite I claim the ownership of folder WindowsApp, and give the full control permission to the Administrator (me) and User (always me, I have one account on my pc).

    I have Xbox Console Companion, Xbox (Beta), Xbox Game Bar;

    I have Windows 10 pro, version 1909, build 18363.815

    New (?) Metro Last Light Video

    I only watched the first couple of minutes so far but from what I've seen of it and other videos in the past it looks absolutely stunning!



    As I've said before the first game in my opinion is one of the most underated 360 titles out there and I'd be happy for more of the same this time, from what I've seen/read etc though this one is looking even better.



    Could be the suprise hit for 'some' in 2012.

    It's really unfortniate that you can't play Metro Exodus (Windows Edition). I also, play it on my PC and just started the game and it worked. Maybe you need to update the game or the Xbox PC application. Have you changed any game files, because that could
    temper the game.
