    Metro Exodus (Xbox game pass) won't start up


    Hello, Metro Exodus (Xbox Game Pass) won't start up on my PC. When I click the play button, a process named "Metro Exodus (Windows)" can be found in the task manager, but the game fails to start up.

    PC specs:

    RTX 2080

    I7 9700K

    32GB DDR4

    Windows 10 version 1903

    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Metro Exodus. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox (Beta) app. I've used the repair and reset options located in the app settings for both the Xbox (Beta) app and Metro Exodus.

    Why was the Microsoft Rewards quests changed on Xbox?

    The Metro series quests are NOT apart of the Game Pass quests. Metro Exodus is not included in Game Pass, so that quest is not applicable when it comes to completing "Game Pass quest master" quest. I verified this through offical support, and checking
    that it does not show up in the applicable quests in the Game Pass app on iOS or Android.

    The Metro Exodus quest is just a seperate bonus promoting Metro Exodus, 2033, and Last Light. You do not need to complete it to finish the Game Pass quests.

    have you tried to run the trouble shooter?

    if so and that did not help. then where do you have it installed on a ssd or a hdd ? i also suggest clearing the cache on whatever you have it installed on as that can cause problems sometime.

    if you do all of this and the problem still consist i highly suggest to get in contact with the support team.

    I also signed up for the xbox beta on PC (Game Pass) and the problem is ... There are no save games in that folder !

    I tried with Metro Exodus and the only thing findable is the Metro directory in c:\program files\windowsapps

    But there is also no save game ...
