    Hello everyone,

    I have been trying to play Metro Exodus on Xbox pass but there is no way of getting it to start.

    Very odd thing is that it seems to be a problem with the Xbox app, since it works perfectly on Steam.

    Can anybody help in understanding what is going on?

    Just to add on the craziness of this thing.

    If I start the game while remoting desktop from my iPad on my PC, it works.

    If I try any other computer it does not.

    The moment I log back in on the PC, Exodus crashes.

    So basically to play Metro exodus on an Xbox pass I need an ipad?

    Yeah... noone seems to have a solution to this. Its the same for me. Its ridiculous.

    I have the exact same problem.

    - Windows 10 64 bit, updated to 10.0.18363 Build 18363.

    - System is clean, nothing in the error logs for either application or system.

    - All other games run fine, both Steam, Epic, Game Pass and Origin games.

    - All drivers are updated.

    Tried:

    - Turning the Xbox Game Bar On/Off

    - Running the game elevated.

    - Turning off every non-essential application running in the system.

    - Switching sound card (Realtek onboard, or Nvida High Def)

    System info:

    AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

    32 GB DDR4

    Nvidia 2700 Super

    +200 GB free on system drive (NVMe, Samsung 970 EVO Plus, 1 T B)

    Thanks for answering.

    The system is fully updated with the latest version of drivers for both motherboard and graphics card running.

    Systems specs:

    GC: MSI geforce 2080 Super Ventus OC

    MB: Asus ROG Crosshair Hero VIII wifi

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x

    RAM: 32 GB Corsair 3200 MHz

    No other game has ever given me any problem.

    Sorry to hear it. Please make sure there are no pending updates for the game or PC and that your graphics card's driver is updated to the latest
