    Okay, so there is this whole thing going on with Metro Exodus. I read that there were some patches but that is NOT TRUE. The issues are NOT fixed.

    Here, as of today (1st of July, 2019) these issues still happen:

    - crash to desktop unexpectedly after about a 2s hang of the game

    - today happened the first BSOD where my whole computer crashed

    - the settings are always changed back to their defaults, DX12 cannot be changed do DX11 because the game instantly crashes and if relaunced it is back to the defaults again (with DX12 of course)

    So, when will this be fixed?

    Oh, and let's come clear right before any answers arrive: I work in IT and worked in gaming industry too. I tried everything, there are no outdated drivers, no memory, SSD or any other issues, no OC, no overheating, nothing. The only game that does this
    is Metro Exodus from the Microsoft Store.

    WE NEED THIS FIXED or this whole idea of Xbox Game Pass will fail extremely hard.

    Yeah I understand. I would be frustrated too. I know it's a known issue. Otherwise I would check to make sure your specs meet all the requirements. Which I'm sure you've done already.

    Game Pass is doing better than ever. As for the Metro Exodus problem it's a known issue and I think another update is coming soon. I know the game devs are aware of it.
    Mainly this post is to strengthen the message. And also of course if anyone found any "trick" to stop the crashes. Thanks anyway!

    The issue is not with the game itself but the Windows Store version as the Epic Store one doesn't have these issues. Still, thanks for the response!

    Yeah I understand. I would be frustrated too. I know it's a known issue. Otherwise I would check to make sure your specs meet all the requirements. Which I'm sure you've done already.
    Yup, besides the crashes and settings issue it runs 50-60 fps
