    Metro Exodus on Xbox New Game+ mode not available


    Hi,

    I've been playing Metro Exodus since March and have been receiving updates since then. Recently I've noticed that I don't have New Game+ mode on the game as an option. From what I've read this was supposed to be part of the Ranger update back in March/April.
    My version of the game is 1.0.2.3 which from what I've read online is the latest version for Xbox. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game on my console but I still don't see New Game+ mode as an option.

    I am running the Xbox Insider preview version on my console (ver 10.0.18363.8119)

    Any help/suggestions would be appreciated

    Hello Bruce,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend reaching out to the developer with this issue. As this is an in game issue, Microsoft/Xbox doesn't have much to do with the in game aspects.
