Metro Exodus on Xbox Beta for PC will not load

I downloaded metro exodus for PC through the Microsoft store from Xbox game pass for PC. I played it Yesterday and it worked fine but when I tried to play it again today it goes through the opening cinematic and then gets stuck on a black screen with the
mouse cursor. I tried repairing, reseting and reinstalling the game and none of those fixed it. I have the newest NVIDIA drivers installed as well. I checked some other posts and these were the only things that seemed to work for people.

You got me wrong, its in pc gaming category. Im talking about playing metro exodus on pc on xbox (beta) app

I also signed up for the xbox beta on PC (Game Pass) and the problem is ... There are no save games in that folder !

I tried with Metro Exodus and the only thing findable is the Metro directory in c:\program files\windowsapps

But there is also no save game ...

I looked into how to do that and it seems like a hassle so I think i'll just wait until a new driver comes out and see if it works then.

I also seem to be having this problem, as I need to change some stuff manually involving resolution scaling in the config file, but I cannot do it as the Metro Exodus folder is missing entirely.
