    Tried 100s of times. Rebooted, logged in and out etc.

    No error no black screen, just wait forever nothing.

    I know its all working as played toomb raider yesterday no issues.

    Right I tried your do a different game suggestion,

    Fails immediately error - Error code: 0x00000001

    This is getting tedious, Im paying money to spend hours not playing with anything except the bloody Xbox PC app

    And Toomb raider will download!!! WTH is going on here? ok beta, but still

    Is there a place to make proper support calls for this? not just asking the kind community members here

    I don't see any error. Is there an error log?

    I had the initial error that windows needed a major update then some patches.

    That's all sorted.

    Still not fixed. I paid a few months now for an unusable service with no working support channels.

    Wasted a lot of time trying too.
