Metro Exodus/Dirt Rally 2.0 crashes if i want to quit the game

Hi, when i'll play Metro Exodus with the XBox (beta) launcher the game can only be started in safe mode, or it crashes after the intro in normal mode. If I'll quit the game it shows me in an window that it has crashed and the process will be killed. So,
when I'll restart the game all settings are set to default and all the game progress is lost.

I hope someone can help me e

Win10 64 Bit

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

16GB G.Skill TridentZ RGB

NVidia GeFore RTX 2060 Super

All drivers and apps are up2date
