    Metro Exodus crashes on launch on Windows 10 Xbox


    Trying to launch Metro Exodus on my PC it crashes during startup while showing the initial trademark. Trying to launch it again gives the option to launch in safe mode. Selecting safe mode, the game does launch although the camera is very slow to the mouse
    movement and it is unplayable.

    Any ideas on why it crashes on launch?

    Hey Cain,

    I'm sorry you too are having this problem and unfortunately you're going to have to stay awhile and listen. There is another thread here with the same issues, see it here: Metro
    Exodus crashes on launch on Windows 10 Xbox    . The state of Metro Exodus is not good. Bugs ranging from unable to launch the game, Freezes and story progression issues have been known about since launch back in Feb. 4A doesn't appear to be serious in fixing
    the game at this point, seeing it is now July and the issue is on Xbox One, and PC's Steam, Epic and XGP.

    At this time, it feels as if they will release a redux version of the game like they did with Metro: Last Light which will fix these issues that you will need to buy again at a discounted cost if you own the original. I sincerely hope you do get some traction

    ok will this make me reinstall my games? also is metro exodus windows and metro reduxx 2033 the same? as i can get 2033 to launch but not metro exodus? metro redux only has 4 graphics settings wich is odd

    also how do i install xbox app with admin privileges as i got it through the windows store in win10

    you need check all update of the pc are done and check if you're PC have the capability to play that game
