Metro exodus after upgrade crashing at start up screen

Has anyone else been experiencing crashing after the Xbox series X upgrade, I can’t even get pass to the first loading screen with the train on it.

It worked before this update but now the game will just sit there indefinitely till I close the game and then shortly after that my series x crashes and turns off.

Are you experiencing this with this game alone? To troubleshoot this we recommend accessing Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

I downloaded metro exodus ..... the game started once but it crashed after 10 seconds .... now every time I try to launch it I get an inscription that is being optimized and then I go back to the desktop without starting (plus the first time it crashed
it had blocked windows and I had to do a hard reset). The funniest thing is that I tried to install another game (Hollow knight) and the error 0x80070005 comes out again !!

Just give up ...

It only occurs on metro Exodus, thats it, it started the day the metro game came out.
