Metro Commander error?!

Hey, everytime I use Metro Commander on Xbox One, I try to extract a .zip or .iso file or even move it to a removable device. But everytime this happens, I keep receiving this message: "Unspecified error. Exception on HResult 0x80004005".

I don't know anymore. Metro Commander or the XB1 might be broken. Can you tell how to solve this error from happening please? I have an ISO fie to extract to a USB drive and this error (0x80004005).

Why do you have an ISO/ZIP file?

If it came from the store, it would be a digital download (no ISO/ZIP) otherwise it would be on disc.

If you have acquired the software from somewhere else, then it sounds like it is an unauthorized format.

I think its sad too, but now, i'm open files trough Best player, and my brother with Metro Commander or Kodi.

Most of the servers are showing as empty for me. Haven't been able to find one Operation Metro game after I downloaded Second Assault the other day. I'm also getting a "no open commander slots" when I'm trying to join a game not as a commander.
