Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes deleting saved data from everywhere while connected to MGS:V

Now, I just beat the original Metal Gear Solid last night, and I loved it! Before starting Metal Gear Solid 2, I would like to do the Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes "FoxDie" easter egg. I got all the XOF patches to start unlocking the secret missions,
but, I picked a patch earlier during my first time playing it. I can't pick that one up now and I'm stuck on 8/9 patches. I did some research and the only way to fix this glitch is to delete the Ground Zeroes save data so I can get all 9 with none disappearing.
That wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have Ground Zeroes connected to my Phantom Pain saves. If I try deleting the Ground Zeroes saved data from everywhere so it won't sync my old saves, It says "If this game or app shares or accesses saved data across different
editions or other games or apps, those may also be deleted if you choose to delete from everywhere". If I delete my Ground Zeroes saves from everywhere, It will affect my Phantom Pain, but, will it delete all my save files for it and I'll have to start all
over, or will it delete all the extra customization I unlocked from transferring Ground Zeroes over? I would really like to keep my Phantom Pain saves and 100% Ground Zeroes so I can unlock Solid Snake as a skin. Has anyone gone through this problem and know
how to get around it? If so, I would love to hear what you did.
