Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeros (Technical issue)

So recently, Xbox Live offered a free download of MGS: Ground Zeros through their Xbox Live monthly deal.

Except, the game wasn't even delivered in its full form. Instead of getting the latest patch of the game, anybody who downloaded the game ended up with the patch from much earlier in 2015, which has a few missing KEY features.

Firstly, the option to upload my 100% save game to The Phantom Pain isn't in the main menu, it just simply doesn't exist, which is really annoying because, after doing all the hard work to 100% the game, including collecting all the XOF patches, Cassette
tapes, unlocking and doing all the trials and completing all the missions with an S-rank on normal and hard, extracting Glaz and Paltiz to get an S-rank when all of the guides say you have to kill them for the S-rank, I am going to get NOTHING in return for
all my hard work when I load up The Phantom Pain.

Secondly, but less important. The Deja Vu mission is missing from the Xbox, where as a patch in april of 2015 was supposed to fix the issue, providing the ability to upload saves and to play the Deja Vu mission...

It would be really great if someone could check around to see about getting an update or patch pushed into place for the Ground Zeros digital version.
