Hi, sorry for not replying, I use this e-mail only on my computer, I couldn't use it those days, regarding the problem is working now, I reinstalled the game, and turned my Xbox off and on again, and i worked, thank you for your help and concern

We understand that you were trying to play Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance however there is no music playing in the background, Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

There are possible reason why this issue happened, could it be the audio is not working fine or it could be the game was muted on settings. To better isolate this concern, we will ask for few details.

1. May we know if you were having same issue to other game title from Xbox One?
   
2. Have you checked the game settings for music?
   
3. Is your headset have no issues playing sound from Xbox One or other devices it is connected with?
   
4. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent update or new application installed on your device?
