Metal Gear Looks A Bit Pants

Just got my s rank for the ground zeroes mission, hell yeah!

 

Just knocked away some posts to keep it clean in here Airwick ahhhh

 

@ Shiguri, nah mate I have only found one patch, I must be doing something very wrong!

 

The patches are fairly straight forward, don't forget to roll for that one. It's the cassette tapes you'll be jumping through hoops to get!

 

How are the patches indicated?

 

They'll be lying around on the ground, you hold x to pick them up

 

Ok, thanks, but are they highlighted or do you just need good eyesight? Totally changed my opinion of this game, it's worth £20 of anyone's money.

 

They're pretty hard to spot but if you go around and grab every guard and question them they'll say they saw one at X location and it'll get marked on your map. 8 of them are in the wild and the 9th is in your pocket. As Senses said, roll on the ground 5
or 6 times and that one will drop out. Happy hunting!

 

Oh god, the achievement for extracting both targets in that side op kept me up until 3.40 this morning, absolutely brutal! Moving around without being seen in daylight is not easy!

 

You can roll?? I will just get my coat!

 

Ok I give up can someone please tell me how to roll in this game, I can only manage to pancake my face into the floor??

 

I did something similar in "Grand Theft Auto V".

The openning sequence where you're pulling off the bank job and running for the getaway van...

My character lept high into the air like a Gazelle... only to smash himself face first into the side of the van, have the rest of his body crumple up behind him and then fall to the floor while my wife nearly wet herself with laughter.

I might give this a go if I can find a copy cheap enough.

It sounds like the original "Crackdown" in the sense that they went for Quality over Quantity.

That and a buddy got it and I can't have him thinking he's more solid than me.

 

Its demo at the end of the day, but once you add the five side missions (one you have to unlock through collectibles) its worth the money. Gameplay is "solid" and the missions are varied enough. And it does have replay value. Its very polished, (although
i was very disappointed at the amount of clipping you get when Snake goes prone, and the overall control of Snake when he is prone is pants) Worth £20 all day long for a gamer like me who takes a bit of time to do missions. If your leet and blitz it and
move on its probably a waste of money.

£30.00 at GAME?!?!?!?!

They can keep it.

It's cheaper in the supermarket and as I found out today even cheaper at Argos so Genchy, try not to be too good.
