Metal Gear Backwards Compatibility Problem

Before the Xbox One launched I had purchased the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection digitally, it contained MGS 2, 3, and Peace Walker. Peace Walker came to back compatibility first and then today 2 + 3 were added, it shows I own 2 +3 and can install them
but Peace Walker always asks me to buy it. Is this some sort of bug due to the way they were released at separate times?

Backward compatibility

I would adore if Spider Man 2 (2004) was in Backward Compatibility or any more games like metal gear 2 or simpsons hit and run and also simpsons road rage or wwe smackdown vs raw games.

 

Xbox 360 games to Xbox one

A large list of Xbox 360 games will be playable on the Xbox One from November 12th. Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker isn't on that list of games, but you can go

It's there listed as MGS PW HD

 

Perform a power cycle and try to launch the game again. Let us know the results.

The game is a backward compatible game Have you checked on Xbox.com under my games and see if it shows there? If it doesn't show there, then for some reason you don't own it. If you do own it you can
Contact Us and they can see if anything going on with the license.

It may be a bug due to the separate release dates, but I had to do some research as the official list on Xbox.com hasn't been updated to reflect the new ones that were just added today.

I noticed that the Peace Walker HD edition was released as backwards compatible back in March standalone, and based on what I've seen so far the Metal Gear Solid HD Edition is listed as MGS 2 & 3 in the Xbox 360 marketplace. So I think there are some licensing
issues between the Collection you got in 2011, to the one that is listed on the marketplace as I cannot find a version that has all three games included.

So the way it's set up on the marketplace it seems as they are separate from Peace Walker HD edition and MGS 2 & 3 found in the Metal Gear Solid HD Edition, hence why it's asking you to buy Peace Walker. The game that was released as backwards compatible
back in March I'm assuming was just the standalone HD version of it. I would suggest checking your
Game List
to see how it's listed on Xbox.

Thanks this seems logical because as you say when I look for the collection it shows it as only 2+3 and Peace Walker as a separate game.
