    So this screen appears when i turn on my xbox, and if i hit ‘continue’ the screen goes black. When i hit ‘reset this xbox’ two options appear: “keep games and apps” or “reset to factory settings”. And clicking “games and apps” does nothing but reboots the
    console (not a cold boot) and then returns to this screen. i need help!

    Hi there Oneabe

    This looks like an achievement tracker. Press the xbox button on the controller, go to the achievements (looks like a trophy icon) tab at the button of that tab, you will see turn achievement tracker off . This will should make it disappear :)
