    Xbox guide keeps popping up

    Hi there!

    Are you sure there isnt more than one controller connected when you have your console on? Maybe a friend or family member is messing with you?

    Contact Us | Xbox Support If you did change your region, gold doesn't always change with you depending on where you changed it to.

    Are you getting any specific error messages?

    If it is just happening on the xbox, and not through the website, it might be worth trying to remove your profile and re-add it: Add
    or Remove Profile

    Having Hard drive issues but its not the hard drive thats the issue...

    I've looked everywhere for an answer and I cannot begin to think of what part of the hardware it would be that is messed up? It really isnt the HDD and apart from this niggle it is working fine!

    I've googled everything but all I get are "my HDD isnt working" hits, annoying.

    You would have to mess with your mic audio settings to make sure that your mic isnt allowing it to echo
