    Opinion on which game I should go with.

    Screw the Amazon gift cards get the Xbox gift cards and use them towards any dlc, digital games, or game sales that come along that interest you. The Xbox gift cards are cheaper than the Amazon ones as well.

    Unfortunately codes aren't reissued usually. The retailer has no way of knowing whether it was used or even that you purchased one I'd you don't have the receipt.

    NOTE: You will need the purchase invoice for your gift card.

    See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

    If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

    Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

    Click Contact us

    Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

    On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming a code you have.

    If you haven't already, I would recommend taking a look at the article that covers how to

    Troubleshoot gift card and code issues    .

    Additionally, if this does not work you can always try to request a new digital code by using the

    Xbox Digital Code Solution     wizard, however, this requires that you provide as much info as possible so provide all this info can prove tedious to some.
