    Cant send xbox 1 messages. my reputation is in good standing and have tried signing in and out. the issue is account based because i cant send messages on the android app either.

    Sudden Error 8007274C ???

    When you open Windows Live Messenger and try to sign in you receive this error message which prevents you from signing in to the service. If you are successful with signing in the service repeatedly disconnects from the Internet.

    I have the same problem, with the same error number. signs into xbox live just fine, but messenger fails to connect. i can sign in to messenger on my pc though. id's and pw's are the same on both pc and xbox.

    From what I researched about that error code, some people have been able to resolve it by going to
    http://login.live.com and logging into there using their WLID. From there, click Messenger at the top of the page, and you should come across a page where you have to accept the Terms of Use for Windows Live
    Messenger. Hit I Agree, and then try signing into Messenger on your console again. Hopefully that works!
