    so for a very long time i have not been able to send any messeges, it says eror and sends me to the website and doesnt do anything but ask me to enter the eror code which i never got. when i tried to send a message from the website
    it said that i canot send message becuase of my prevuse actoin but I never got any notificatoin that i got bannd (i dont think i was). does anyone know how to fix this.

    i recieved the code but there was an issue with my messeging service and ive been sent here via xbox support to retrieve anther code

    unfair suspendion

    my account has been suspended for kids calling me the F word and me messeging them with a messege the same way they spoke to me and you suspended me and not them. I feel that you have made a mistake with this suspendion.
