Messed up Xbox. HELP!

On March 15, 2020, I went to go play some Xbox. I turned my xbox on, and it wouldn't sign me in. I decided to unplug everything and plug it back in. When I plugged it back in though, something happened. The Xbox screen didn't appear on the tv and my controller
wouldnt turn on. I have a wired controller and it wasn't damaged at all. But I was able to turn the Xbox on with my controller. On the tv, I tried going from HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and HDMI 3. Nothing appeared. I don't know what's wrong and I can't go anywhere to
fix it because of the coronavirus. I have tried on three different tv's, and nothing has showed up on any of the screens. Please help me.

Everything is plugged in correctly. I have checked multiple times.

I own an Xbox One S. I got it for Christmas in 2017.

When you unplugged everything, were the TV, AVR if using and the console powered off, not in Standby, but completely off?

Are you using a AVR?

Was the "something happened" a static discharge when the cables were reconnected?

You tried make test of your Console on another TV? Your Xbox is Xbox One S or X?
