Messed Up Suspension

If you have gone to the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com and it does not give you the option for a case review (not all suspensions are eligible normally if the suspension is around 24 hours they are not available) then unfortunately there
is nothing that can be done.

The enforcement team is the only people that handle suspensions and the only way to contact them is through the case review process.

When calling these people out if you did anything that violated the code of conduct and they reported you and when the enforcement team investigated the report they determined that you did something against the code of conduct then your account would be
subject to an enforcement action.

The suspensions are being issued because people have done something to violate the code of conduct. Once the enforcement site is fixed, it should show the reason for the suspension. The suspensions themselves are legit, it's just the notification and the enforcement site that are messed up.

I got a 24 hour voice suspension for creating a Looking for Group post. The automated system must be messed up.

I have thoroughly read and understood your opening post so please do not think that I am giving you the 'run around' here, but what you are going to need to do is contact Phone Support and
'insist' that they conduct an Unauthorized Access Investigation on your account. This is the
only way forward from here, your account will be blocked for the duration of their investigation and once they have reached a conclusion, they will correspond with you and take things further from there.



If your friends were witness to your attack and they have reported the user through the 'file a complaint' tool, then this is all that can be done with regards to the Enforcement Team looking into the account activity of the suspected hacker. Once they get
to your friends report, they will look into the complaint and investigate it thoroughly and take any action necessary from there.



No one on these forums can 'directly' help you with your problem.
