    Messed up my gamer tag


    Hi,

    While trying to assign my daughter her very first Gamer Tag, I actually changed mine.

    I paid to change it to something close, but not quite. The system said that I couldn't claim my original gamer tag back. I contacted the support chat folks. They said to contact you. The Reference # is: 1386255580

    Is there any way to get my original gamer tag back? I've been an Xbox Live member since the beta and really would like to keep KDoc.

    someone hacked my bo2 account and gave me over 100 million deaths

    some one by the gamer tag Fluffy Fawn 92972 and Game Overees hacked my account on black ops 2 gave me over 100 million deaths and messed up my score per minute

    You would have to change your tag to something else and then change it back. The system doesn't see things like spaces or capitalization has making a gamertag unique. So as far as the system is concerned, Kdoc is the same as KDoc.

    thank you both. i tryed every thing that you guys gave me. but still nothin works. now if you have another gamer tag on ur xbox with ur gamer tag. now will that mess up any thing like this.

    Yeah I've seen someone with his gamer tag as xboxoff and how its messed people games up when they read it before realizing. It happens to my son all the time when he's playing with friends he gets rather upset in the middle of a game

    I signed up using a different gamer tag, if that helps any- i signed up under "Panglossia" then changed my gamer tag.
