messed up account name

Discus and support messed up account name in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So when i set up my xbox account it was funny when we saw that we could make our name out of emojis, so naturally we made it all out of emojis. well...     So when i set up my xbox account it was funny when we saw that we could make our name out of emojis, so naturally we made it all out of emojis. well now that i need to use xbox support when i log into my microsoft account and go to chat option it automatically
    brings up the emoji name and doesnt recognize it. so i changed it in my profile to my actual name this time, which shows up when i log into my laptop as well as my xbox but when trying to do chat help it still brings up the emojis and wont let me proceed since
    it doesnt want to recognize them. am i missing a step to change this?

    If the gamertag was issued by Xbox when the account was created your friend can change it once for free (I believe this has to be done within 30 days of the account being created but not positive on that). Otherwise he will need to pay to 800msp to change

    well nothing really worked out it turns out that *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** is not a legit email ( i wonder why my Xbox thinks it is) therefor the only solution is to start a new Xbox account abandon all my well spent Microsoft points.

    the bright side is that my gamer points wot be so low and that my Xbox will finally let me play black ops 2.

    but besides that everything will work out. thanks anyway. you really did help.
