Messags not loading

on my xbox my messages arent working when i go to messaging each conversation shows up but when i click on one it never loads. i can send messages but they dont show up in the messaging screen that shows each message and i cant delete messages when i do
they pop back up when i go back to messaging can this be fixed?

every time I try to open a new message it just shows the loading circle thing and the message never comes up? What's going on?

Hi, is it always like this or just the last time you've checked?

I would reset the console by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until turns off and try again.

Hello sadly that didnt work and i no longer have acsess to my friends as it says i have none.

A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

Hey ! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest removing the profile and adding it back to see if that helps at all. Post back and let us know!

I removed my account and added it back. Not only do my messages not load but now my account says I have no friends.
