    I have been unable to send messages for a while now and every time I try it says 'messaging is not working for your account go to
    Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App?' and when I go it and follows the steps it still does not work,can anyone help me?

    Does LIMBO Excite You? Seriously?

    Voice Messaging is a No Brainer.

    Why would you pay money for "Skype" if you could use voice messaging and video messaging?

    Xbox One Messaging is Just Bad...

    Personally I think they should just drop messaging and ensure tighter integration with Skype (and also maybe SMS messaging) - as Skype can do text and voice messaging.

    Why reinvent the wheel there are better messaging systems/apps out there - they just need tighter/seamless integration.

    I'm having an issue where I can't send, receive or view messages too. did you get sorted? I highly doubt you will get answers on here. but someone needs to have this problem escalated.

    im also having the same problem, and i did the same things you did some one over at microsoft/Xbox needs to fix this.

    Please try every step listed on the link provided in the original post. There is a Skype reputation check link that needs to be followed in order to activate your account. If you haven't already, check out the
    Enforcement site for any communication suspensions, as well.

    I'm still having the issue as the rest. It has been like this for many months now if not over a year. I am unable to send messages on Xbox One and Xbox One SmartGlass. I am able to send them using the Xbox 360, 360 emulator on the One and the old outdated
    360 SmartGlass.

    I am also having this problem too, it started about a year and a half ago. It will not let me message anyone and it occasionally wont let me do multiplayer, ive tried to fix it on 3 computers 2 phones one console and a Kindle fire with no luck. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!

    i was told that because it's on iOS they won't take responsibility for the issue. But they are "investigating" it.

    I've been experiencing this same issue for a month or so now. It makes sending messages 4x longer than it normally does and than it should. I absolutely hate sending messages on the Xbox One now because of this. I haven't tried the hard reset yet, so I'll
    try that out and see if that helps. Hopefully it does. It shouldn't be something that happens. Makes the system feel sluggish, when it should be a smooth experience.
