When you can please perform a
full power cycle of your console then check if the same messaging shows up when trying to play online.

Let us know if you do still see the same messaging after trying the full power cycle.

Cant Send Voice Message?

Voice messaging is coming soon. If your having issues with your xbox one, power cycling the console by pressing down and holding the power button usually helps.

Hi buddy,

You need to download the Xbox One SmartGlass app from the play store. once installed, you press the three white lines in the top left and you'll find messages in there.

Tried the hard reset and it did not resolve the issue. Is there a way to manually disconnect and reconnect to the server, perhaps by IP address, or are you saying its a random server assignment?

Thanks for explaining Ambassadors. Just figured you worked for Microsoft if youre answering and have a title. Guess they dont truly monitor these threads?

Bug reported. Maybe theyll address. It is just annoying and an inconvenience really by taking up space.

It's a common issue at the moment & they are aware of it.

I keep getting the same message from xbox live popping up even though I've deleted it.

I've had it before & it does sort itself out eventually.
