    Messaging wont work on my Xbox


    My Xbox one wont let me send messages to anyone. I will go to send a message and type something in and try to send it to them, but my Xbox will just pop up a notification saying "message not sent". Then it will tell me to go to Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App?.
    I have followed the steps on there and it still didn't fix my problem. Can anyone help me figure this out?

    Messaging won't work for me it says this "check your account, Messaging isn't working for your account. Go to
    Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App? to get more information and see how you can fix it" and ive done all of it and it still doesn't work.
