    Messaging still not working


    I have not been able to send a message through Xbox for a few months, not sure on exactly when it started just know that it has been a while. I can receive messages fine but cannot send anything. Tells me to go to support.xbox.com/fix-messages. The steps
    provided there do nothing. Please fix as it is more than inconvenient. Thank you.

    having an issue with sending messages

    While trying to send messages online a "messaging is not working for you account" notification pops up, I've tried following ALL the instructions given on support.xbox.com/fix-messaging and it still isn't working, what am i not doing? Can anyone help lol?

    The messaging on Xbox one isn't working for me. The website said to check the enforcement website and i have a perfect record. AS of now I'm very confused on what to do now, please help.

    Can you confirm that you verified your phone number through the page as suggested? Also, which region are you currently physically located in?

    Hi, Please Check enforcement.xbox.com and see if you have any offenses. This could cause messages to not send. Please Upvote if this was helpful.

    double checkt them on microsoft & xbox and updated them, messaging still not working still get the same message: " sending messages deactivated on your profile "
