    And I have tried restarting my modem and router before. The other Problem that happens pretty often. under the People tab then Recently played with it will not up date for 24+ Hours it will show the people I played with the day before for the Following
    day. Its Really pretty crazy.

    I Did Check my privacy settings and have done a hard Reset. The Problem is not isolated just to a few Messages it happens quite a bit. where is 3 more Screenshots I took and this player cant see them on the Smart glass or his counsel.

    Hello! This may be Occurring due to privacy settings or corruption of the send post. I recommend checking your settings in both ends or hard resetting your System! The cache being reset may fix your send problems. Its always worth a shot and i hope my

    Hello is this happening with ANY friend?? Are they able to send you screenshots or audio with no problem??? Have you tried unplugging console and internet letting power die out then replug and start again??

    The best way to keep those clips is, install the Xbox app on your laptop or pc. Then on your console go to your captures and upload them to one drive and upload them to live. Then go to the Xbox app on pc or laptop click on the captures and scroll through
    what is live and download the clips to your pc or laptop in a file.
