    Messaging problems.


    As of today, I have been unable to send messages of any kind on my Xbox one. When I attempt to send a message on either the console itself or the app, it says, "Unable to send, please try again later." I'm not sure if there's a problem with Xbox live or
    if it's just my Xbox. If anyone has a solution to this problem, or even a bit of advice as to what might fix it, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

    When ever I try to message somebody on the Xbox app, it just shows a link whick supposedley wirks but it doesn't for me. Plz help me.

    Hey there ItsTingo!

    Let's have you start out by removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, perform a full power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds), and then add your profile back. Let us know if that helps.

    Hello Panda,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue with being able to send messages on the Xbox One console.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
