    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

    If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.

    This is from the 9901 build someone leaked a bunch of information such as cortana (ms version of siri) running on windows 10 its a built in app that on the x1 you can view the store friends send and receive messages basically a smartglass app for windows 10

    Restart your Windows 10 device to refresh and sync all changes made. Then, download and install the Xbox app

  5. I'm having the same issue across many Windows 10 devices. Although clearing the App Data works for a few hours, as soon as I receive another message the problem comes back. This is happening on my Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and phone. I have also tried fresh
    installs on my phone and desktop of the OS and still the issue persists. Not only that but it's also happening in the Beta Xbox apps too.

    Can't access messages

    I have the same problem. Even deleting ALL messages using Smartglass Beta did not help - Xbox App keeps crashing as soon as I go to the messages section. On Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.
