"Messaging not working for account" error

What's the error message? Do other accounts work?

Try it on the account you already have. If it will only work for new accounts, you'll get an error message. What Samsung gives is probably jusy default directions.

same problem here. i can receive messages from others but can not reply to them.

error outputs:

xbox: messaging is not working for your account... go to "support.xbox./fix-messaging

xbox app: you are not allowed to message this group // + same message as from user above // + I have to do some adjustments in my account for online security or something like that.

messaging from xbox.com does work.

The error message says your PS account is linked to your new Microsoft Account.

You are trying to play on a PS console, correct?

You tried to use your Microsoft Account (A) with your PS Account (A1).

It didn't work, then you created a new Microsoft Account (B) and tried to link it to your PS Account (A1).

Then you are receiving the error message.

No messages, everything works fine, there.

-Which pages on Xbox.com give you that message specifically?

Manage account I get Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. error, and I get Asp errors when I try to access forums or Support pages.

p.s: The account Im posting here is working ok. My main account has the problem, I cannot navigate to forums because of the errors I get.
